Refund policy

At Rtisticx, offering a quality service and quality clothing is of upmost importance to us.

1. Items to be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

2. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original package.

3. If the buyer is eligible for a refund, a full refund including initial shipping costs will be given.

4. Return shipping is paid by buyer.

5. Buyers who want to cancel an item must notify us within 7 days of receiving their goods if they want a refund. Buyers would then be given another 7 days to return the goods post notification. Buyers will be refunded within 14 days of Rtisticx receiving the goods back.

6. Buyers must provide proof that they bought an item from us. This can be a sales receipt found in the original package sent or other evidence such as a bank statement or other packaging.
